Rob Clement joined the Maine MEP team in 2021 and brings more than 30 years of manufacturing experience.  Rob’s experience is highly diversified and includes shipbuilding, precision machining, electronics, and decorative metal packaging.  He has worked for both large and small organizations and most of Rob’s career has been with family owned manufacturers.

Rob has led quality assurance activities and departments during his career, and has managed efforts to improve quality of processes and operations. He has helped companies to implement a variety of quality management systems including ISO 9001 and Safe Quality Food (SQF) for food packaging. 

Rob has also worked with organizations to enhance production consistency and efficiency by changing and standardizing manufacturing and support processes.

Rob holds a BS in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Penn State University.
